Mystery Manager "Chuck" @ Sams Club Greensboro NC

Hey, just thought I'd put in my 2 cents. I agree with MaryLou's post but cashier appearance is not really important for me. Brains and personal odor are, and I sometimes feel I'd be better off having a bozo from the Asheboro Zoo as cashier or customer service. But my main point is I come here 2-3 times a week I have NEVER seen the new manager Chuck on the floor, whose picture is in the exit. I used to see all the club managers on the floor a lot. Maybe that's why there's now a lot of bad attitudes in the cashiers and customer service desk. I saw Ron on the floor all the time -- he would always say hello and smile. And, he was impecably dressed with something different every day. That shows pride in his job. He was an asset. (This post is a comment from Kenny.)
